For more than 40 years Unclaimed Baggage has been providing retail-shopping adventures to people from all over the world. For many of those shoppers they have become addicted to the experience. Some have described it as a craving that rivals chocolate, Coke and even Krispy Kreme doughnuts!

The words crave means: to long for; want greatly; desire eagerly; to require; need. We’ve found that the cravings for UBC grow into a deep love the more people shop the store.  So, in 2011 we launched the I Heart UBC Contest where people could “share their love”. And boy, did they share. Here are just a few of the many great stories that came our way.

One of our North Alabama friends, Devin, snapped a picture of himself striking a pose on Broadway in New York while sporting a shirt purchased for only $6.00 at UBC.  The “ring lady” as she is affectionately knowing around Unclaimed said, “The rings I purchased at UBC make my fingers happy and my hands feel snappy! My heart gets the giddies when I see all those pretties! The jewelry counter is where I'll be everytime I visit UBC!”

From prom queens and king to brides and grooms we’ve heard amazing stories. Last year a young lady shared this with us, “I bought a dress for $30 and absolutely LOVED IT!!! I wore it for my high school graduation and got more compliments than I could have ever expected!”

And then there are some who don’t have closets big enough to contain all of the great deals and treasures they have found at UBC. One of UBC’s biggest fans is Abigail, seen here with a small part of her regular hauls from Unclaimed Baggage.
