Top-of-the-line sports equipment is generally pricey, except at UBC. On any given day there will be a different selection, which may include rackets, skis, scuba gear, and occasionally golf clubs and much more. Camping supplies often include lots of sleeping bags, hunting gear, pocket knives, camping equipment and even the occasional kayak or bike. Promise not to drool on the merchandise.
Plan to come for the Annual Ski Sale held the first Saturday of November every year. (If you’re particularly adventurous, you can join the die-hard shoppers who spend the night in the parking lot the night before the sale!).
